Please respect differing opinions. Friendly banter is welcome, but no personal abuse, swearing, or confrontational behavior. Avoid using all-caps for your text. Ensure any critique is constructive, focusing strictly on the subject matter rather than the individual.
No billboard, flyer, or ad-style posts. Share property links only within helpful, conversational responses, not for self promotion. Link alone posts will be deleted.
3. STR (Short-Term Rental) Enquiries
Important: Proprietary lead generation posts are exclusive to Verified Owner Premium and Pro members. Under no circumstances may these leads be shared with external sources.
4. Topics and Questions
All posts and comments must relate directly to Florida property rentals or associated travel topics (e.g., transport, car hire, theme parks, attraction tickets, shopping). Off-topic posts will be removed.
5. External Links
To protect our community ecosystem, external links are generally not permitted. However, you may share a link strictly for informative purposes—such as a specific webpage, article, image, or video directly relevant to the ongoing discussion. Promotional, commercial, or affiliate links designed to drive business off-site are strictly prohibited.
6. Guest Recommendations and Experiences
Members are welcome to share their personal Florida holiday experiences and recommend properties they have personally stayed in. Reviews and experiences should be shared in a fair, factual and respectful manner. Defamatory, abusive or unsubstantiated allegations will be removed. If you wish to recommend a non-member property, why not invite the owner or agent to join our community.
7. General Posting and Etiquette
Keep all content focused on Florida vacation rentals or directly associated travel subjects. Do not game or spam the community with duplicate or rapid-succession posting, as these will likely be deleted. ‘Bumping’ posts is in order but use discretion and allow for a time lapse – bump only occasionally.
To protect member privacy, please avoid posting personal telephone numbers or email addresses publicly within comments. Use the appropriate contact and enquiry features where available.
