You must not post illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content, harass others, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content.
5. User-Generated Content & Licence
You retain ownership of all content you post (photos, videos, messages, rental requests, bids, etc.). By posting content on Deal A Trip, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Deal A Trip Community โ including on our website, in groups, the Activity Feed, and on our social media platforms. We will never sell your content or pass your private details (such as your email address) to third parties.
6. Rental Requests, Enquiries and Bids
When you submit a โFind My Ideal Rentalโ enquiry or a โPitch a Rental Bidโ, you agree that:
- Your request (excluding your email address) may be posted publicly in the Activity Feed, the Orlando Villa Marketplace, and any community groups you select.
- We may promote your request on our social media platforms to attract suitable offers.
- Your email address will not be shared with any third party.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your request.
7. Marketplace Participation
Property Owners and Vendors must ensure their listings and services are accurate and lawful. We are not responsible for property conditions, service delivery, or disputes between users.
8. Identity System
Ranks, badges, achievements and points are for informational and community purposes only. They do not represent legal status, endorsement or financial value.
9. Liability & Platform Availability
Your use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for user-generated content, marketplace disputes, or any loss arising from use of the site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
