⚜️ There are many Orlando vacation rental homes situated in “long-established communities” typically referred to as traditional or established developments where the majority of residents are full-time homeowners rather than short-term tourists. These communities differ from modern “resort-style” developments because they generally do not feature any shared on-site leisure amenities like clubhouses, communal water parks, or organized activities thus making them more peaceful without the ‘hustle and bustle’ of the resort style communities.
🏝️  These areas offer a “live like a local” theme and where you can experience the Florida living lifestyle. The homes are often spaced further apart than in high-density resorts, providing more privacy and while they lack communal facilities, these individual homes often offer larger pools in scenic settings together with other amenities like games rooms.
